This unremarkable bathroom was transformed, as you can see. There were many changes made, including: moving the wall behind the tub back about six feet and creating a new closet; removing the carpet and installing tile; moving the shower to the other side of the room (see next page) and installing a new vanity with a granite countertop; changing the ordinary tub with a whirlpool tub and adding a granite sill to the window; applying a soft purple paint to the walls; and adding shutters to the window. |
