Bathrooms

This cultured marble shower had a door and window framed in bright brass.  We replaced the framed door and window with frameless pieces of glass, accented with oil-rubbed bronze hardware.  

 

Below you have a great view of the decorative mosaic tile border.  We also placed this border along the front of the new tub surround.  We centered the window in the wall space and installed tile on both sides to balance the look.

These are some photographs that show the details of the tiling in and around the shower.  The window is the original window which we tiled around.

We pushed the shower ceiling up roughly 20 inches and installed a new recessed can light. 

The opening shown to the right used to be unused, closed space, which we opened when we pushed the ceiling up.  It allows for more air circulation and makes the shower feel much bigger.
