We removed carpet from this bathroom and installed 20x20 tiles on the floor, which coordinate with the new tiles in the new shower.

The decorative tile shown here is the same tile from the deco bands in the shower.  This is the new threshold between the bathroom and the bedroom.  These clients are also planning new carpet in a later phase of their home remodel.

The far left picture shows the carpet-to-vinyl threshold leading into the water closet.  We removed this vinyl and continued the tile into the shower area.

We moved the toilet over approximately 24” so that we could extend their new walk-in shower.  The clients purchased an updated, water-conserving toilet, as well.
