The picture above and to the right are of a guest bathroom.  You can see in the before picture the vinyl flooring and the old marble sink.  We added a laminate countertop with a white Kohler sink, with new hardware.  We also painted the cabinets and added new hardware there.  In the picture in the upper right you can just barely see the new floor, whish is 6x6 tiles.  There is a new light fixture and

we also installed a new shower surround and tub.

Below are the pictures of the powder bath in the same house.  You can see that, again, we changed the old countertop and sink out for new laminate and Kohler, along with new hardware.  There’s an attractive new light fixture, new flooring, and paint instead of wallpaper, though we did keep the same toilet and mirror.
