This is a picture of a new addition that we constructed.   We added on about eight feet to a breakfast area to create a new room that can be closed-off or remain open to the rest of the house.

Our clients wanted to add this storage space beneath the new addition.  As you can see, it is on the side of the house, so the opening is not visible from the pool area.

These pictures give you a better idea of the size of the addition.  In the before picture on the left, you can see that structure ends before the stairs.  Below, you can see that the building now  frames the stairs on one side.  To build the addition, we matched the pitch of the existing roof, along with the siding, the windows, and the shingles.  We then repainted the entire exterior of the house.
