The existing windows in this kitchen did not have any casing around them, like the window you can see on the upper left.  We added stained casing to all the windows in the kitchen to give them a more complete look.  We also cased these windows in the stairwell of the same house.

These two pictures really highlight the beautiful work our cabinet maker and our painter did on the island.  This is a brand new, custom made island that was stained to match other furniture the client had.  The pulls installed are a bit more decorative than the new pulls in the rest of the kitchen.

Above, you can really see the difference the backsplash makes in the appearance of the kitchen.  Note how the darker stain on the crown brings together the deep stain on the island and the dark color of the granite.
