While we retained the original yellow paint, flooring, and cabinets in this kitchen, we really changed the look and feel of the room with new granite countertops and a beautiful Travertine backsplash with mosaic tile insets.  As you can see, we also removed the existing light box and installed recessed cans and undercabinet and rope lighting instead.

You can see in the picture above that there had been a laminate backsplash in this kitchen that rolled off of the existing laminate countertop.  On the right you have a better view of the beautiful new tiled backsplash.  See even better pictures here.  We also installed a new cooktop and a new oven.

Look at the beautiful movement and color in the granite below.  It makes the kitchen feel much warmer than the countertop that had been existing in the client’s home.
