Whereas before there was a little extra closet room tucked behind the wall, that was difficult to access and make use of, now the whole pantry is readily available upon opening the doors.  Also, instead of fixed shelves that don’t cover the full depth of the pantry, we installed wire cabinetry from The Container Store, custom fit for the space available.
