In the existing addition, we removed the smaller floor tiles and continued the new, large floor tiles in from the breakfast area.  We also added baseboard that was missing, and installed the new ceiling fan pictured here.

The room off of the breakfast area had been an addition by previous owners.  The door above was the original exterior door.  We removed it and the window next to it and reframed the wall to accommodate the stained French doors in the pictures to the right.
