We changed a lot of cabinetry while updating this kitchen, including removing the above cabinets to open up the room and replacing the cabinetry shown below.

We had to re-work the corner cabinet above when we removed the cabinets that used to butt up to them.  The new cabinet is much easier to use.  To the left is the beautiful new rolling island we built, and below is the cabinet we made to allow us to raise the microwave.
