Interiors: Wood |

In this home, the clients already had wood floors in the entrance and kitchen and they wanted to replace the carpet in the rest of the downstairs with wood. However, with no match available on the existing wood, we had to replace all of the existing wood, as well. Above you see the wood in the kitchen before it was replaced. To the right is the new wood in the kitchen, which we remodeled a few years previously. |

Though the new floor is a little deeper in hue than the wood flooring that we removed, you can see in the picture below to the right that the staircase still looks great with the floor. It helps draw the brighter hues out of the wood floor. |
